To function more like the human kidney, we built thousands of fibers into each dialyzer where every fiber acts as a nephron (human kidney element). Its advanced pore-spinning technology creates more homogenous pore sizes to optimize sieving properties,also its uniform pore size results in improved removal of uremic toxins and low-molecular-weight proteins, with limited loss of important proteins such as album in.


CNMEDITECH advances the dialyzer design in terms of composition,removal performance and results. We start with lighter, polypropylene housing and headers, which do not contain BPA. The inner design-featuring an ultra-smooth polypropylene cut surface and finely finished inner lumen of hollow fibers ensures smooth blood flow and minimizes potential blood cell damage.


Improved header shape with redesigned,permanent caps reduces channeling at the blood side while eliminating possibility of unexpected removal or reuse.

A 3M membrane in a dialyzer usually refers to a filter membrane with a 3 micron (3μm) class aperture. Membrane materials for dialyzers are primarily used in treatment modalities such as hemodialysis (HD) or hemofiltration (HF) to remove toxins, waste and excess fluids.


Efficient dialysis: The aperture control of 3M membrane is precise, which can effectively filter small molecular toxins in the blood of uremia patients, while reducing the loss of beneficial substances.


High permeability: 3M membranes may use highly permeable synthetic materials such as polysulfone (PS), polyether sulfone (PES), or modified cellulose to ensure rapid exchange of water and solute and improve dialysis efficiency.


Low biocompatibility reactions: Some 3M membranes may be surface treated to reduce protein adsorption and inflammatory responses, reducing adverse reactions in patients.


Anticoagulant properties: Some high-end dialysis membranes may have anticoagulant coatings to reduce the risk of blood clotting during dialysis and improve patient safety.
