Medical Hemocytometer Blood Cell Counting Neubauer Chamber
The Improved Neubauer Counting Chamber is a precision-engineered laboratory instrument used for the manual counting of cells, such as red blood cells (RBCs), white blood cells (WBCs), platelets, and sperm cells. It features a high-precision grid etched into its surface and defined depth, allowing for accurate quantitative cell counting under a microscope.
Features:
1.Counting chambers are instruments for precise measuring.
2.Be made of special optical glass and serve to determine the number of particles in liquids, standard counting chambers have counting grids which are engraved into the chamber bottom, under the microscope the counting grid appears as a grid of dark lines.
3.these counting chambers have counting grids which are engraved into an annealed metal coating, under normal microscope settings the counting grid appears as a grid of bright lines,by altering the contrast, the counting grid can also be made to appear dark.
4.Cell depth:0.100mm±2%.
5.Volume:0.0025mm2.
6.Material:Glass.
7.Ruling Pattern: Improved Neubauer,1/400 Square mm.
8.The Neubauer Counting Chamber is diamond etched and has a double improved Neubauer Ruling, meeting the most demanding of standards.
Structure and Components:
Material: Made of high-quality, optically clear glass, ensuring excellent visibility and chemical resistance.
Grid Pattern: Laser-etched grid (Neubauer ruling) with clearly defined squares, providing a standard measurement area.
Chamber Depth: Precisely 0.100 mm (100 µm) depth between the counting surface and the coverslip.
Area per Square: Each smallest square has an area of 0.0025 mm².
Double Counting Areas: Two counting grids to allow simultaneous or comparative counting.
Usage Instructions:
Place a special coverslip over the chamber platform.
Load the prepared cell suspension sample into the side channels.
Allow cells to settle evenly across the grid.
Focus under a microscope and count cells according to standard protocols.
Calculate cell concentration based on the number counted and chamber specifications.
