1)CNMEDITECH SARS-CoV-2 Neutralizing Antibody test card in a sealed pouch with desiccant

2)Sample diluent

3)Capillary pipet

Note: Do not mix or Interchange different batches of kits.

2.A test card consists of:

A plastic shell and a test strip which is composed of a sample pad, a golded pad (coated with recombinant SARS-CoV-2 S-RBD antigen), nitrocellulose membrane with test line (T line coated with recombinant S-RBD antigen), the control line (coated with anti-recombinant protein tag protein), absorbent paper and liner.

3.Sample diluent composition:

Phosphate buffered saline, protein stabilizer and surfactant.

Test Procedure:

1.Lake one tube of sample diluent, open the cap. Using capillary pipet, deliver 40 卩L of sample(serum, plasma, venous whole blood and fingertip blood sample) into the tube of sample diluent and pump 5-6 times.

2.Discard the capillary pipet and tighten the sample diluent cap.

3.Open the sample diluent cap and add 2 drops of sample mixture into sample port on the test card.

4.Read the result visually after 15 minutes.
